How do I book a journey?
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. Tell us the pick-up location, destination, date and number of passengers. We will agree the details, availability and price before confirming your booking.
Where will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?
Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board and help with your luggage. We monitor your flight to adapt the pick-up to its actual arrival time.
Can I hire a car and chauffeur for the whole day?
Yes. Our hourly service gives you a car and chauffeur for a series of meetings. We agree the route and schedule around your requirements.
Do you provide journeys outside Warsaw?
Yes. We provide journeys across Poland and internationally, with pick-up and drop-off at your chosen address. There are no changes of transport or fixed train and flight timetables to work around.
How can I pay, and can I receive an invoice?
You can pay by bank transfer or by card in the vehicle. We issue VAT invoices. The price and arrangements are agreed before we confirm your journey.
