Information about personal data and use of the VIPER Chauffeur Service website.
1. Data controller and contact
The data controller is Viper Marcin Żmijewski, ul. Maszewska 31/28, 01-925 Warsaw, Poland, tax identification number (NIP) 1181556781, trading as VIPER Chauffeur Service. For privacy enquiries, email zmijewski@vp.pl or call +48 605 821 307. Travel enquiries can also be sent to info@viperwarsaw.pl.
2. Information we receive
We may receive contact details, correspondence, pick-up and destination addresses, dates, flight numbers, passenger numbers and information about luggage and journey arrangements. We also process details required for invoicing. Please avoid providing sensitive information or other passengers’ personal details unless needed to arrange the journey.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to prepare a quote at your request, enter into a contract and provide a journey under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries and correspondence with company representatives rely on Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and maintaining business relationships. Accounting records are processed to meet legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims and maintaining website security rely on Article 6(1)(f). An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
4. The form and WhatsApp
The form prepares an enquiry in WhatsApp. Completing the fields does not itself send a message to our company. Clicking the button passes your entries, including phone number and email, to WhatsApp to prepare a message. You decide whether to send it in WhatsApp. The website does not save the form content to its database. You can contact us by phone or email instead. WhatsApp is a separate controller for information relating to use of its service. For users in the European Economic Area, the service provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Its privacy policy explains its processing, international transfers and safeguards. Our WhatsApp link does not embed a tracking widget in this website.
5. Recipients
Data may be accessed by authorised people handling enquiries and journeys, chauffeurs to the extent required for the journey, ApolloHost as hosting provider, email, IT and accounting service providers, and advisers assisting with claims. Processors act on our instructions under appropriate agreements. Authorities may receive data when entitled by law. The arrangements in section 4 apply when you use WhatsApp.
6. Retention
We retain correspondence for the time needed to respond and conclude the matter. Booking and journey data are kept while the contract is performed and afterwards for the applicable limitation periods for legal claims. Accounting and tax records are kept for the periods required by law. Relevant data may be retained longer where required to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Technical information is retained for the time necessary to maintain security and investigate incidents.
7. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Data portability applies where automated processing is based on contract or consent. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where a specific activity is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Not every right applies in every case; legal record-keeping obligations may require continued retention. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office: uodo.gov.pl. Send privacy requests to zmijewski@vp.pl.
8. Providing information and automated decisions
Providing contact and journey details is voluntary, but they are needed to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote or provide the journey. Invoice details may be required by law. We do not make decisions with legal effects on you solely by automated means, and the enquiry form does not perform profiling.
9. Technical data and cookies
The server may record technical information such as IP addresses, request times, page addresses and browser details to operate and secure the website. The current theme does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels or embedded maps. Fonts are hosted locally. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administration sign-in. You can manage cookies in your browser. External websites such as WhatsApp have their own policies. If tools requiring consent are added later, appropriate settings will be provided before activation.
10. Updates
This policy describes the website and contact methods available on 7 October 2026. Changes to services or data processing require corresponding updates. Legal basis: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR.
