Flight number and arrival date
Provide the flight number and date. Your chauffeur can then monitor the flight and adapt the pick-up to the actual arrival time. Please let us know promptly if your travel plans change.
Passengers and luggage
Passenger and suitcase numbers help us choose the right car. The Mercedes E-Class accommodates up to 3 passengers and 3 bags; the V-Class up to 6 passengers and 6 bags. Mention any unusually large luggage.
Destination and additional stops
Include the exact address of your hotel, office or other destination. Add any planned stops or additional drop-off addresses to your enquiry.
Meeting your chauffeur
For airport arrivals, your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board and assists with luggage. We confirm the meeting point and waiting arrangements when you book.
